A real estate office is more than a workplace; it is the showcase of your professionalism. For Immo Blauw in Ostend, Buni, in collaboration with Goet Studio, created an interior that breaks with the classic office clichés. No sterile desks, but a warm, homey atmosphere where potential buyers and tenants immediately feel welcome.
The reception area as a business card
First impressions are decisive in real estate. The eye-catcher in this project is the curved custom wall seat bench, finished in a rich cognac leather look with night blue accents.
Lounge atmosphere: The combination with the Seline poufs creates an informal setting for intake meetings.
Tailoring: The organic shapes of the benches and tables create a soft flow in the space, away from the hard matter-of-factness.
Meetings in style
Solid oak tables with oval tops were chosen for the meeting rooms. This not only promotes conversation dynamics, but also exudes the solidity that clients expect from a real estate agent. The striking blue office chairs add a modern design touch and reinforce Immo Blue’s corporate identity.
