An inspiring canteen for young chefs in training
For GO! Spectrum School Antwerp , a school with a strong focus on hospitality and cooking education, Búni was tasked with the complete design of the school cafeteria. The challenge was to create a space that exudes the coziness of a restaurant while maintaining the functionality of a busy dining hall.
We chose a combination of round and square tables with comfortable, upholstered chairs that match the warm atmosphere of a brasserie. The durable laminate tabletops with flat ABS edge are easy-care, hygienic and can withstand intensive daily use. Ideal for a chef’s school where quality and ease of use are paramount.
At Búni, we think beyond just furniture. A thoughtful school interior requires attention to acoustics, lighting, use of color and safety. We make sure that each space, from school cafeteria to auditorium, library or teacher space, is tailored to the needs of students and staff.
