About us
Your story?
Let's create it together!
We are Ann-Sophie and Geraldine, two sisters who share a passion for interior design. Together, we run Búni, a warm, family-owned business with roots in West Flanders. With our own unique strengths, we complement each other perfectly. We’ll do everything we can to work with you to create the perfect look.
Búni specializes in furniture for the hospitality industry, hotels, businesses, architects, and professional projects.
“For me, a great interior design starts with the right furniture. The shape, material, and comfort must be just right, down to the smallest detail.”
Together with my sister, I run our family business, which we proudly took over from our dad. At Búni, I focus on sales. The personal connection and the process of creating interiors that are perfect down to the last detail give me energy every day.
After completing my studies in marketing, I lived and studied in Aix-en-Provence and London. There, I immersed myself in art, culture, and language. These experiences have continued to nourish my creative thinking and love of design. In 2010, after gaining work experience at Jet Import (premium distribution and brand building), I finally joined the family business full-time.
Today, I’m not only an entrepreneur but also a mom of three. I enjoy traveling, art, and culture, but I also love a cozy evening with friends and family. For me, Búni is more than just a job—it’s a part of who I am.
“Good organization behind the scenes instills peace of mind and trust in the customer.”
As a co-owner of Búni, I handle the day-to-day operations. HR, administration, marketing, and operational oversight are my areas of focus. Still, I regularly step in to help with sales to stay in touch with our customers and keep up with market trends. Together with my sister, I run a warm, family-owned business that’s committed to quality, trust, and a personal approach.
After studying marketing and business communication at KU Leuven, supplemented by language courses in Montpellier and Cambridge, I gained experience at Java Coffee Company, Delhaize, and Colruyt Group. That broad background now forms the foundation of my role at Búni.
In addition to being an entrepreneur, I’m also a mom to two daughters. My family gives me energy. A weekend getaway, a day spent together, or simply some quiet time at home provides the balance I need to devote myself to Búni with full focus and enthusiasm.
